2008-04-03 Tea fire chief: 'We're at a stalemate right now'

TEA - As flames shot through the roof of a manufacturing building in Tea's industrial park, firefighters compared the situation to a giant stove full of wood.
The blaze "just keeps burning," said Tea Fire Chief Grant Van Riesen.
"We're at a stalemate right now," he said.
Smoke is pouring from the building, Palleton of South Dakota Inc. The company makes pallets, which are fueling the fire.
Firefighters from Tea, Sioux Falls, Worthing, Lennox, Harrisburg, Hartford, Chancellor, and Canton have been called to the scene.
